Knox Wall Design Return & Refund Policy

At Knox Wall Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect all products carefully before installation.

Returns

Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

Products must be unused, uncut, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, when applicable.
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Products

We cannot accept returns on:

Products that have been cut, drilled, glued, installed, altered, painted, or otherwise modified.
Products damaged after leaving Knox Wall Design due to transportation, handling, storage, or installation.
Clearance, closeout, or specially marked final-sale items.
Special-order or custom-order products unless the product is defective or the incorrect product was supplied.

Inspect Before Installation

Please inspect the color, pattern, finish, dimensions, quantity, and condition of all panels and materials before cutting or installation.

Natural-looking patterns, including marble, stone, and wood designs, may have intentional variations between panels. These variations are part of the product design and are not considered defects.

Installation, cutting, gluing, or modification of a product constitutes acceptance of the product.

Once a product has been installed or modified, it cannot be returned due to color, pattern, appearance, or measurement concerns.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you believe you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Knox Wall Design before installation.

For delivered or shipped orders, please notify us of visible damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for inspecting products at the time of pickup. Once products have been loaded and leave our location, Knox Wall Design is not responsible for damage caused by improper transportation, securing, unloading, handling, or storage.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping, delivery, and other service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Knox Wall Design.

Please allow normal processing time for the refund to appear on your account after it has been approved.

Installation & Measurements

Customers and/or their installers are responsible for verifying measurements, quantities, substrate suitability, installation methods, adhesives, and other installation requirements before beginning work.

Knox Wall Design is not responsible for labor costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, or other expenses resulting from products that were installed before a visible issue was reported.
